From either of the two 17th floor balconies you can start your day or wind it down taking in the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico.
Host up to 8 guests in style and comfort with this beach retreat’s open floor plan. High end furnishing in neutral, coastal hues make relaxing inside a breeze. Relax, dine and cook together between the kitchen, dining and living room areas. Each are surrounded with large windows and balcony access to those beautiful views.
The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, natural stone counter tops and a four-seat breakfast bar. A large pantry, plenty of counter space and the additional breakfast bar space will make meal prep, serving and clean-up easy – which means more time for the beach!
The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet, and an en suite master bathroom with double vanities, large walk-in shower and oversized soaker tub. The two guest bedrooms also have en suite bathrooms, providing each guest with maximum privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony, and the third bedroom has a brand new set of bunk beds with two full size mattresses providing sleeping space for 4 people. There is also a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area so this condo will accommodate a total of 8 people.
