This NEWLY remodeled, stylish, 3 bed, 3 bath home is a signature Unique Vacation Property, a private mountain escape near the quaint village of Canton, only 30 minutes from vibrant downtown Asheville. Each room features a King bed and en suite bath, separate outdoor sitting areas, and can sleep 7. We are pet-friendly! Enjoy the long range views from top deck while grilling, soak in the hot tub, or play endless games of ping pong - this vacation home has something for the whole gang to enjoy!
The Space:
This retro style, updated home has a wraparound porch on the main level overlooking breathtaking long range mountain views. Guests must climb stairs to enter the home. Guests enter through the back side door, walking into the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a traditional coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and all the essentials needed to cook meals while on vacation.
Through the kitchen on the main floor you’ll enter the dining area (seats 6) and living room complete with a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. Views from all the glass doors and windows.
Each bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bath newly renovated and designed by our lead designer with stylish, modern furnishings.
The 1st master on main level has a king bed and en suite bath with a standup tiled shower. The door of the bath conveniently opens up to the living room for other guests to access.
The stairs to the top floor lead to the 2nd king master suite with a large mount flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom containing double vanity sink, a standup shower, and a tub with tiled shower. This suite also has its own porch with seating for 2 overlooking beautiful views of the mountains.
The door from the kitchen (main level) leads to the lower level with its own living room and 3rd king bed with en suite bathroom, including new tiled shower and sink. The door from the bathroom through the converted game room with a ping pong table leads you to the 4-person hot tub and a sitting area under covered porch.
The driveway is paved and includes parking for 3-4 vehicles. It can be steep so use caution on the way up.

Quaint, Private Mountain Escape located in Canton - just a 30 minute drive to Downtown Asheville/Biltmore Estate.
Other Things to Note:
High speed WIFI internet is provided. Great for guests who want to work remotely. Cell phone reception is great as well.
Gravel driveway all the way leading to the home. We recommend driving with caution at the top. 4 wheel drive is not necessary.

We are pet friendly; however, we have a pet fee of $125 PER pet, PER stay. We allow up to 2 pets. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend(s). Please DO NOT use our linens/towels for your pets, nor allow them on the beds/furniture. Bring your own crate and leash and we ask you supervise your pet(s) at all times while outdoors. Thank you for your cooperation as it allows us to continue to provide a pet-friendly retreat for future guests!

I won't be available in person but guests are welcome to message anytime thru the messaging app. Otherwise, an emergency contact is noted at the home for After hour true emergencies (ie; no heat, no water, water leak/issues)
