Summerhouse features a Elevator, covered and uncovered parking.
The condo overlooks a lazy river, designed for kids (of all ages) to enjoy to the maximum. The lazy river has two kid-sized water cannons and 2 large water buckets, randomly dumping a large amount of water. For the adults, the pool area has a lot of seating and 2 very LARGE HOT spas. For everyone's enjoyment, this condo is totally Non-Smoking and Pets are not allowed. No motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS property.
