Welcome to South Beach #108, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home. This beautifully decorated coastal, contemporary canal-front home home has gorgeous views of the ocean and the sound! Bring your boat, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, and more to take advantage of dock access right at the house! You can also fish, crab, and shrimp from the back yard, and when you’re ready to cool off in the water, you’re just steps away from the beach or neighborhood pool!

This home has a reverse floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living areas on the third floor to let you take advantage of the amazing water views. Enjoy your coffee and cocktails from the third-floor deck overlooking the canal. You and your family and friends will have plenty of space to spread out and relax in the comfortable, stylish living room. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals throughout your stay. There is ample room dining at the table or bar.

The second floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, and en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large closet, and TV. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the second level deck, a great place to sneak away to read a book or catch a nap. There are two twin-sized beds in the third bedroom with a closet and TV. The second bathroom has a double vanity and shower/tub combo.

The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. High speed internet and YouTube TV are provided. An outdoor shower and tiled ground floor foyer keep things tidy. The carport has covered parking for two cars.

There is a keyless entry lock on the carport entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was beyond expectations. One of the better unis we have rented. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots pans, etc.
