Tennis Court (har-tru), Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Stainless/Granite Kitchen, Basketball Court (30 x 30), 2,800 Sq ft of decking, BBQ, 6 large Flat Panel Televisions (smart tv's), sonos wireless music system, Peloton. Located in a private sub-division, close to the beach and the Village of Southampton.
There are 5 queen beds, 1 king bed and two twin beds. Each has high thread count sheets, new pillows and comforters. The kitchen includes a wine refrigerator, top of the line appliances, fine cutlery and is appointed with a comprehensive array of cookware. The deck off the kitchen includes a large BBQ, connected to the in-ground propane tank.
The landscaping is mature, lush and creates a tranquil and very private setting. You will be surrounded by magnificent greenery.
The lower level was renovated in 2023 with other updates during the last few years.
