The well equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, Sub Zero, Wolff and Cove appliances, custom cabinetry, counter height barstools around a crystal lit island countertop and custom kitchen furniture. The kitchen has service for 12 and all the necessary small appliances and is a cooks dream. There is a breakfast table and additional counter height stools at the island bar. The BBQ island, done in stacked stone, is accented with native Arizona turquoise rocks, a tumbled marble and turquoise countertop and halogen lighting for evening cooking use. After your meal, relax on the outdoor patio swivel rocking chairs and ottoman and take in the magnificent star studded sky while listening for the coyotes in the distance. Professionally landscape lighted and maintained, this is one of the premier views in The Boulders.
A 13 foot marble slab gas fireplace in the living room services both the living room and dining room. Decorated with contemporary and upscale Western art from local artists, the living room, with its 13 foot soaring ceilings, has two 8’x8’ abutting glass walls that bring the spectacular desert views, nightly sunsets and rich natural beauty inside. The living room features Hunter Douglas remote control honeycomb window shades. The dining room offers seating for 6 with controlled lighting.
