- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $75 – covers $1000 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- Maximum of two pets under 35lbs each, $100 per pet fee required.
