In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reasons we are taking the following actions:

- Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
- Change all our linen and towels after every stay.
- We make sure that the property is aired, disinfected in between guests and we also use a ozone machine for air disinfection of every property.
Awesome house with a charming entrance that leads to a garage that fits 3 cars, the swimming pool is at the front sorrounded by landscaped gardens
and at the back of the house there is the barbecue with a spacious dining area. Equipped with a covered patio, on the other side there is a table and 4 benches
with 6 seats, which is a lounge area where we can sit, relax and enjoy the amazing weather in the Algarve.
Further inside we have the ground floor with 2 bedrooms - the first one with central heating, 2 separate single beds and balcony overlooking
the side of the house and the garage, the second with 2 separate single beds and central heating and a window overlooking
the back of the house. There's a bathroom between the bedrooms with two sinks, toilet, bidet and bathtub. Access to the basement/ garage.
Large dining area beside the living room, Dining area with a fine and big wood table and 6 chairs. Spacious living area with 2 comfortable
leather sofa with sits for 8 with TV, fireplace, central heating, cable TV overlooking the front of the house, the swimming pool area.
Kitchen beside the dining area, with a wood table and 8 chairs, the kitchen has coffee machine, induction plate, oven, microwave, magic
wand, kettle, 3 toasters, new Siemens fridge/ freezer, dishwasher. Pantry beside the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry tub,
a freezer and iron and board. Please note there are 3 flights of stairs on the access to the upper floor and the basement.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, all of them with bathroom, first bedroom with double bed, central heating and a balcony overlooking the back of the house,
it also has a bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet and a bathtub; second bedroom with double bed, central heating, TV, air conditioning and balcony
overlooking the side of the house, the bathroom in this bedroom has 2 sinks, toilet, bidet and bathtub. The last room which is the suite bedroom
it's overlooking the front of the house with all the street view and the swimming pool, with double bed, central heating, air conditioning, closet
and the bathroom has 2 sinks, toilet, bidet and a whirlpool.
It's a great location because it's next to the city center, but in a quiet area and it's easy to access the main roads that connect to all of the nicest location!
Our guests can benefit of the excitement of water parks, a dolphin watch or a boat tour along the beautiful coastline and also of a short walking distance to Sta. Eulalia beach,
and 10 mins drive to the hedonistic nightlife of Albufeira.
