A two story mediterranean house with a large second floor deck extending across the entire house, with wide ocean and Lover's Point views that can be enjoyed from the kitchen table, living room, or the master bedroom. The upstairs in this reverse floor plan beckons with wonderful hardwood floors, leading to a master bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed and an armchair for reading or just enjoying the nearly 180 degree ocean and bay views. The master bathroom sports a glass shower and a jacuzzi tub.
The living room has a fireplace and a large new leather sectional sofa comprised of four power recliners which can serve as an extra sleeping space.
