Welcome to our newly renovated and wonderfully decorated 4 bedrooms home on the award winning golf course of Southern Dunes. This secluded tropical paradise features a stylish all Ceramic floor that can accommodates up to 8 guests and that is in top condition having undergone a complete renovation in February of 2019
The first thing you will notice when walking in is the large open kitchen with beautiful black granite counters, huge island with large double sink, new cabinets and all new Stainless Steel appliances. In the same open space is the dining table that can easily sit 8 people and the living room with new very comfortable sofas and a brand new 65” TV mounted on a beautiful and cozy fireplace furniture Ensemble.
The main Master Bedroom looks out over the Private pool and the golf course and offers a new King Size bed, a 43 inch wall mounted TV, a walk-in closet, new dresser and its own En-suite Italian Design Bathroom. The second Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, new dresser, a huge standard closet as well as a wall mounted TV.
Bedroom #3, which we call the Mickey Mouse room, will be the delight of your young ones as it features two single beds with Mickey and Minnie Mouse decorations and comforters. Bedroom #4 has a Bunk Bed with the bottom one being a double bed and the top a single bed. A new wall mounted TV is part of Bedroom#4. The second bathroom is also newly renovated like the rest of the house and sports a new vanity, toilet and shower.
Finally, after having lost your breath visiting the inside of our tastefully decorated home, you will have trouble catching up on your breathing as you step outside on the pool deck. Our private Pool which has been completely resurfaced and re-tiled in February 2019 overlooks the magnificent #7 fairway of the renowned Southern Dunes Golfcourse. The whole area is enclosed by a screen and furnished with a brand new BBQ, lawn chairs as well as an outdoor table featuring a gas fireplace in the middle of the table and 4 very comfortable cushioned chairs. The Pool can be heated if required.
The house is equipped with high speed internet, Netflix, Roku TV's, Cable tv, Ring Video doorbell, Keyless Entry, Smart Thermostat.
Southern Dunes is a gated Community with calm and safe surroundings that include children playground, 3 community pools, tennis court, fitness center, Country club with bar and restaurant and of course the award winning Golf Course. Winn-Dixie Supermarket and a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter are located just a short 8 minute walk away from our home. Several restaurants are nearby and of course most of the Disney and other attraction parks are approximately 30 minutes away.
Every time we return to Southern Dunes and enter the community, we feel at peace right away as the first thing we see is the enchanting rolling green hills of the #8 fairway flanked by large mature trees. We hope you feel the same and we will endeavor to make your vacation a real success and a relaxing one. Linen and towels are all included in your stay and should you have any questions, we are just a phone call away and have people on-site that can address any issues that might come up during your stay.
