CHEF'S KITCHEN:
This gourmet kitchen with a sitting and serving island is perfect for dining and entertaining. This well-appointed kitchen includes everything to prepare the meal of your dreams. If you prefer to grill, you will enjoy a unique stainless gas grill, and Big Green Egg grill and smoker just steps from the kitchen. We can arrange for a personal chef to make a perfect meal for your group. Prices and options are available upon request.
BEDROOM DESCRIPTIONS
Main Level
1. Primary Bedroom with king bed, gorgeous view of the backyard, and fantastic bathroom with huge walk-in shower.
2. Bedroom with queen bed, dedicated work area, sofa, and Smart TV. Smart TV: While you will be able to log into any streaming service you might have, we don't have cable. The full bathroom with shower/tub combination is just two steps outside the bedroom.
Second Level
Family room with Smart TV and Elliptical. While you will be able to log into any streaming service you might have, we don't have cable.
1. Spacious bedroom with Queen bed, dedicated work area, and ensuite full bath.
2. Spacious bedroom with Queen bed, desk/vanity, and ensuite full bath.
*For the months of November - February, there is a fee to heat the pool and hot tub. Please let me know ahead of time, so we can heat them and charge the fee of $350 for both or $250 for just the hot tub. If temperatures are 35° or below, we can’t heat the pool or hot tub and will gladly refund the pool and/or hot tub fee. *
***Our HOA rules and good neighbor policies prohibit parties or gatherings without a permit, and the homeowner has to apply for the permit and be present at all times. The local Austin police patrol regularly. Our home is permitted for up to 8 guests. Due to Covid, the police are especially diligent about parties and gatherings. Thank you for being so understanding!***
Please don't play any music at the pool after 9 pm, and we ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors when in the pool and hot tub, even before 9 pm. Thank you for understanding.
