As soon as you step into this magnificent condo, located on the 18th floor, you know you are on vacation!
Ocean views as soon as the door is open into the condo, what more can you ask for?
The condo has been completely renovated from the beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, new furniture, fixtures, paint and ceiling.
You will certainly feel as if you are home away from home with the comfortable furniture and restful nights after being out on the beach, shopping or out playing a round of golf.
The main bedroom, which has a king size bed, has the same ocean views as your living room. The main bathroom has a walk in shower, which is attached to the main bedroom.
The second bedroom, has 2 queen beds for your extra guests to sleep.
In this condo you have a full size washer and dryer! No waiting for your clothes to dry in a laundry facility. Kitchen is large with, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
At the Bayview Resort, not only does the resort face the ocean it is also on the boardwalk. You are just moments away from all of the attractions that the boardwalk has to offer. Coming down for CCMF? How about you are only 4 blocks away!! While you are here don't forget to take a ride on the SkyWheel, grab some cotton candy and shop for your favorite beach items. You are within walking distance to many restaurants and there is a Starbucks right at the corner of the resort.
This resort has an indoor pool area with a lazy river and hot tub. During the chillier months this area is enclosed and heated! On the 2nd floor is the gym overlooking the city. Don't forget the 3rd floor shuffleboard.
During your vacation you will be provided with 8 sets of towels. Provided is a starter pack of items which includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and small soap for bathroom. In the kitchen you will have 2 trash can liners, small dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, and a roll of paper towels. In the refrigerator you will have a 24 pack of water. This is just to get you started there are several grocery stores and convivence stores in the area for you to pick up your basic needs.
***During your stay you will be issued 2 vehicle tags, 8 pool bands and 2 access key cards. The access cards, are the size of a credit card and used for the building and garage. If one of the cards becomes damaged or lost you will be charged $25***
I do not provide a daily clean or linen exchange. Minimum age for a person to reserve the condo is 21.
The Resort does not allow for pets in the condo or on premises.
Also not allowed is smoking, any type of illegal activities, or parties.
If the manager of the resort, police or if I need to visit the condo this may be subject to evicting you and your guest and therefore you will forfeit the remainder of your stay. You will not receive a refund.
