My apartment has been recently renovated with modern equipment, wooden floors and beautiful interiors with a spacious living room equipped with a 75-inch flat-screen, smart TV and a comfy couch for you to enjoy watching your favourite shows (with Netflix, Amazon and others). It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances if you prefer to cook. To freshen up, the bathroom has a modern shower, toilet and hairdryer; fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided. There is also a dedicated workspace. The apartment includes linen, storage space and plenty of sunlight!
It's nestled in a central part of the neighbourhood close to well-connected metros - your ticket to the historic and famous gems, local hangouts, restaurants and bars that make the city buzz. Centrally located in Le Marais, close to metros, trendy restaurants and bars. 10 minutes walk from the Notre Dame!
Keep in mind, though, this sweet spot is perched on the 5th floor— no elevator (typical in Paris!), but the view's worth it, check out the photos.
The apartment is perfect for 2 guests with the bedroom having a comfortable queen-sized bed, but can also accommodate another 2 guests with the living room fitting a double-size inflatable bed (inflate and deflate electronically!)

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. There is one bedroom for 2 guests and an inflatable bed that can be inflated in the living room for another 2 guests. Please note that late check-in after 9:00 pm will incur an additional charge of EUR 20. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation. No smoking in the property please.
Depending on your time of arrival, I will personally welcome you to my home or you will need to collect the keys a few minutes away from the apartment.
