Our charming updated private beach house in the heart of Kill Devil Hills is beautifully landscaped, has a fenced backyard with picnic table, corn hole game, and gas grill-propane is provided! We offer self check-in with Keyless Entry, Central Air/Heat, Wifi.
All TVs have Rokus. We provide access to the Hulu app. All other app-based channels including Netflix, You-Tube TV, etc, the Guest must log into his/her personal account to access. No cable TV service.
We are centrally located in Kill Devil Hills at Milepost 6.5:
-just a few blocks away from the Target, Food Lion, several restaurants, convenient stores, banks, gas stations, etc.
- 3 minute drive to Dunkin'
- 6 minute drive to the drive-thru Starbucks in Kill Devil Hills.

Our 2 bedrooms are each furnished with: one queen bed and TV, a bedspread, bed linens, bath towel set for each guest, makeup towels. Each bedroom closet has a luggage rack, extra blanket & pillow.
We have 1 bathroom for guests to share, hand soap & starter rolls of toilet paper are provided.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for guest use during your stay.

Our Home is stocked with: silverware, dinnerware, coffee mugs, kitchen gadgets, knives/butcher block knife set, seafood eating tools, bakeware/bar tools, bar glassware, mixing/serving bowls, wine glasses, melamine plates/glasses for outdoor use, pots/pans, toaster, drinking glasses, and cutting boards.
Vacuum, cleaning supplies are available in pantry closet.
There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the common area.
We have a selection of books, board games, and card games for Guest use.
