Apartment:
The apartment floor space is approximately 86m2 and the garden to the back is 46m2
Bedrooms:
Sleeps 4/6 (2 Bedrooms + Fold-out double couch in the lounge)
Bedroom 1 with double bed, triple fitted wardrobe, large en-suite bathroom with double shower, toilet, basin & bidet. We also have a travel cot for the smaller ones.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (can be pushed together), double fitted wardrobe.
Both bedrooms have sliding door access to the tiled garden.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: En-suite to the master bedroom, fully tiled to include WC / toilet, large shower, bidet and washbasin with large wall mounted mirror. Electrical shaver/toothbrush charger outlet.

Open Plan Living Area:
Panoramic open plan living and dining area, fully glass fronted sliding windows offering sea views. Furnished with a large corner sofa that contains the fold-out sofa bed. There is a TV with 200 channels via our MEO subscription, DVD & Wii. The Wii has 6 games and 4 controllers available.
There is Wi-Fi available and access to the internet is through a 200MB fibre-based broadband connection through MEO.
Dining area:
The dining area is part of the open plan, kitchen, lounge and dining area and seats 6. Most guests dine al-fresco, on the private patio. A child's highchair can be hired separately on request.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped and spacious with electric oven, 4 plate gas hob, marble worktops, integrated microwave, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. All kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware, kettle, espresso machine, juicer, blender, coffee percolator and toaster.
Wi-Fi
We have a 200MB fibre broadband connection with wi-fi throughout the apartment. There is also free Wi-Fi available in the pool complex and you will find most cafes and restaurants will have wi-fi too.
Linen and Towels:
All linens including bathroom towels, hand towels, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and blankets are provided for your stay. Long term stays will be provided with double sets of linen. There is a washing machine in the apartment, or we can arrange for your laundry to be done at cost +15%. Fuzeta also has a self-service Laundromat / Lavanderia for bulkier washes.
Beach towels are also provided. However, please wash and dry these before leaving or an additional charge of €15 will be deducted from the breakage deposit)
Private Patio and Outdoors:
We have a decent sized, tiled garden to the rear of the apartment with sun loungers. Eat al-fresco on the dining table and chairs under a gazebo, highly recommend fish that you have grilled on the Portuguese style charcoal BBQ purchased fresh from the market.
To the front of the apartment, there are communal gardens to stroll around with benches and views over the Ria Formosa. We also have a small 2 seat garden table and chairs to sit outside the front of the apartment for early morning coffee and pastel de nata.
Pool Complex:
The pool complex has split level pools with views across the Ria Formosa and assorted salt pans. There is a wide array of birdlife including flamingos on the pans. The pool is secured and accessed by a secure swipe card system. A recent addition to the complex is the new restaurant, Ti Maria. Tia Maria is a Tapas & Garrafeira (Restaurant and Wine Bar), located at the pool centre.
The Complex:
The complex is in its own cul de sac with next to no traffic other than owners and guests, parking is freely available. It has communal gardens to Portuguese stone and grass with benches to sit and admire the views or watch the sun go down with a glass of the local wine.
Getting There:
We can arrange a taxi to pick you up and drop you off at the airport, if you prefer to drive then we can provide directions. Faro airport is about 30 minutes away from the apartment.
Outdoors:
2 adult bicycles are available for your use and there are 2 places you can hire bikes from in the village. The cycle paths around Fuzeta are flat and well maintained and an early morning ride is highly recommended. The salt pans are a haven for some beautiful bird life.
The Ilha da Fuzeta is one of the best beaches in the Algarve. You can get to it by ferry (high season) or water taxi. In the high season, there is a variety of beach bars and water sports available. Other beaches are accessible by water taxi, availability is season dependent.
Golf:
There are several superb golf courses all within a 30-minute drive, the nearest being Colina Verde only 4km away. This 9-hole executive par 3 golf course is suitable for players of all levels with an average playing time of 1.5 hours.
Benamor - Ranked 25 by the visitors of Portugal golf Experience, the 1st course to be open to the east of Faro. The course offers both southward views out to the Atlantic Ocean and northwards towards the hinterland with its striking hills and fertile valleys.
Quinta Da Ria - Is a spectacular 18-hole golf course and is in the Ria Formosa Natural Park. It spreads along down to the Ria Formosa itself, hanging over it and with a stunning view of the sea. It is a par 72, comprising of two loops of 9 holes and each loop with two par -5, five par -4 and two par -3 holes.
