This year-round arts and crafts cottage style home features an open concept on main floor. Kitchen complete w/ granite countertops, maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, electric glass cooktop, center island/snack bar. Relax on screened porch off kitchen or rent a bike or golf cart and explore beaches or downtown South Haven. Hardwood floors throughout main and upper level, gas fireplace in living room, & two upstairs suites w/private baths (primary suite includes balcony). Finished basement has a family room w/gas fireplace & full bathroom located just outside the 3rd bedroom. Rented boats are launched from Harbor Club's own Woodland Harbor Marina on the Black River. The boats have easy access via the River into Lake Michigan. Rent a boat or a boat slip at the beautiful 110-slip marina. Enjoy Lake Michigan from the water and return to the clubhouse & marina's heated pool. Year round retractable roof 2nd pool w/ spa & bath house. The pool is 60' x 24', includes two lanes for lap swimming & is available for Harbor Club guests. Kal-Haven Trailhead & Public Boat Launch are less than 2 miles. Create wonderful family memories in Michigan's Great Southwest!
