Positive: Lovely comfortable room with a nice decor. The bathroom was well appointed and clean. Food and beverage offerings were very good and you can't beat the location.

Negative: The wifi in the room on the third floor was "visible" but I could not connect to it reliably with any of the three devices. On the ground floor, all was good, however.

Summary: Excellent location for a Northern Cornwall trip
