We welcome you to stay in The Coach House, a bright newly renovated home designed for relaxing stays with family and friends nestled in the tranquil countryside near Fritwell and Souldern, Oxfordshire, offering a quintessential English village experience.
Set upstairs, the property offers a comfortable open-plan living space where guests can cook, dine and unwind together. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and lounge area, creating a sociable setting for spending quality time together.
Leading off the main living area are three comfortable bedrooms, including two double ensuite bedrooms and a twin room, providing flexible accommodation for families, couples or small groups.
Downstairs we also have a media room, utility room and another shower room and WC.
Outside we a lovely private garden too with an outdoor decking area, perfectly set up for outdoor dining with a BBQ and a shaded cover, perfect for summer days and relaxed evenings together.
You will also have access to part of the paddock for ball games with the home set in the extensive grounds of a large country house that we also manage, with a private driveway and parking for 6 vehicles.
Surrounded by rolling hills and lush fields, this area is a haven for walkers, cyclists, and nature enthusiasts. The nearby village of Fritwell boasts historic charm with its 13th-century St. Olave’s Church and a strong sense of community. Souldern, just a short distance away, features picturesque limestone cottages and the 12th-century Church of St. Mary the Virgin. We highly recommend the Rose and Crown pub in the next village, Charlton. Excellent food!
The home also offers excellent connectivity to Bicester (the ideal location if you`re hoping to visit Bicester Village Designer Outlets), Oxford and Banbury, making it an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and beyond.
