This lovely cottage with country charm is located right in the centre of historic Cambridge and only 15 minutes walking from Cambridge train station. Ideal for a trip with family or friends, this cottage comes with 3 stylish bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very bright and spacious living area, and a beautiful dining room located in the conservatory. There is also a garden with a patio space, ideal to enjoy warmer weather days with family and friends. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
The home has recently been refurbished and features a homely and modern styling throughout the lovely cottage. The entrance is located on the ground floor and it leads to the living room with a large TV, two sofas and an armchair, for when you want to relax after a long day of exploring beautiful Cambridge. Watching movies, reading books or playing games, you’ll be spoilt for choice. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and it offers plenty of space for communal gathering or just to cook together. It comes fully equipped and with plenty of storage space. The dining room with a large table is located right next to the kitchen, in the conservatory area, making it a great spot for dinner under the moonlight and stars. The conservatory opens up to the private garden space. On the ground floor guests will also find a bathroom for added convenience. All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, featuring two double beds and one bunk bed, ideal when travelling with kids. The second bathroom is located on the first floor. The home has a lot of natural light and offers views of the private and enclosed garden area at the back of the property. The home is also provided with high-speed WiFi and offers lots of space should you want to get some work done.
The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the house at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Given the location of the home, most of the town is within walking distance or only a very short drive away. Trains as well as bus routes closely connect Cambridge to most other cities in the UK. There are affordable Taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted.
