Summary: Lovely and fairly clean room with a nice view of the pool area. The service was lacking as it seemed that only 3 people worked there and did everything. Consequently, customer service was unreliable or non-existent. I waited in an empty lobby for 15 minutes to check in. Unacceptable for any hotel let alone a "resort" with resort fees.
