To access the beach, you will cross Ocean Blvd and walk on the sidewalk until you approach stairs to the beach. It is no more than a 5 minute walk.
The main beach activities and nightlife are about a 10 to15 minute walk.
This husband and wife team are nearby and can accommodate your needs in a timely manner. We take pride in keeping our property as neat, clean and modern as possible.
This unit is upstairs (no elevator) on the second/top floor.
Your parking spot will be in front of the stairs that lead up to your unit.
There is an in-wall unit for Heating and Air Conditioning. A Remote Control will let you make adjustments from the convenience of the Couch, Bed or Kitchen areas.
There is WIFI in the unit. There are apps on the 65 inch TV which allows you to use YOUR Netflix or other programs you subscribe to. There is also an antenna above the TV which allows you to watch about 60 channels. There is no cable TV.
The coffee bar next to the bed has a Keurig coffee pod brewing system, along with a selection of coffee pods, creamer, sugar and also "To Go" cups so you can enjoy your morning coffee while strolling along the beach and boardwalk.
There is plenty of storage throughout the unit. There are 6 deep drawers attached under the Queen Size bed. The dresser has three drawers and a closet to hang suits and dresses. We've included a shoe rack in the closet as well.
The couch table has a pull and lift up shelf that should be suitable as a comfortable work station for a laptop or other Remote Work you may still need to attend to. Also, directly next to the bed and couch, you'll find a usb port charger on the lamp. This is ideal for charging your phone.
There is a decent sized kitchen area with a peninsula and 2 padded chairs that swivel. FOR COOKING: there is a double burner cooktop, a microwave, griddle, toaster and air fryer.
There is a Cuisinart Glass blender for mixing up cocktails or your morning smoothie. We are sure to have ice cubes in the freezer.
In the kitchen cabinets and drawers, you'll find dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, bags, dish towels, pots and pans.
Salt, Pepper and cooking oil are provided.
In the bathroom, you will find a stand-up shower, towels, toilet paper and soap. Please bring any other toiletries you may need. Additional towels and linens are in the drawers at the foot of the bed.
This unit receives a thorough, professional cleaning after each guest visit. All linens are freshly changed, including the comforter.
