We have all you look for one night or extended stay. This apartment was newly remodeled and designed for you to feel like home. Private garage, lock code system (key-less). Walking distance from Lake Hollingsworth, Morton, local coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc.
Lakeland is also conveniently located between Orlando and Tampa. 40minutes from Disney & Bush Gardens, 30min to Legoland, 1 hour from Orlando/Universal, and the gorgeous beaches on the gulf.
Mariana will be happy to assist you! She knows all about the locals, parks, places, and events happening in town. You can call anytime between 7:30 am - 10 pm. After this period, a text message will be appreciated.
We are located in the Lake Morton Historic District. It's a wonderful neighborhood fulfilled with beautiful century bungalows, parks, lakes to walk by. There is a 7-eleven a few blocks away, and many local coffee shops, restaurants, antique stores, all less than a mile.
Guests have full access to the house.

1. Guests have access to the garage? - Yes. We provide a code to open the garage door so guests can park their car inside. It fits 1 car inside the garage, and 1 car in the driveway.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap for dishes, and three kitchen trash bags.
3. What Linens are included? - Linens for the beds, bath towels, hand towels, and cloth. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you.
4. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, pots and pans, wine glasses, cups, and a coffee machine.
5. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances pets are allowed.
6. What time is check-in and checkout? - Check-in anytime after 4 pm and checkout before 10 am on the day of your departure.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils and pots/pans for your use. Kitchen features a confection oven, stove top, keurig coffee machine and refrigerator.

There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops, local stores, groceries, gas stations, and pharmacies less than 5 min driving.
You will receive a door code and directions to access the house at 9 am on your arrival date.
