Enjoy our tasteful mid-century modern private home centrally located in Lakeland, Florida that sleeps up to 6 guests. This unique 3 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac road with private parking and a large outdoor screened patio.
This MCM oasis is close to dinning and coffee shops, entertainment, Joker Marchant Stadium, Florida Southern and Southeastern Colleges, Sun 'n Fun, Lakeland Hospital, and much more.
The space
Our first bedroom features a queen bed that sleeps 2. There is a TV with FireStick connection and a full size closet.
Our second bedroom features a twin bunkbed that sleeps 2. Enjoy a TV with a FireStick as well as a PlayStation for game fun!
The third bedroom features a queen bed that sleeps 2. There is a TV with a FireStick and a private half bath with sink and toilet.
The large open floor plan invites a lounge-worthy living space and a large screen TV with a FireStick. Off to the right you'll find a large office area for your needs, including a vinyl record player and stereo as well as an Amazon echo.
Eat-in dinning area seats 4 with options for more seating if needed. The large kitchen is fully outfitted with everything for your cooking needs, including a retro fridge, range oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Many cooking utensils are provided. Also enjoy a cup of morning coffee with our retro drip coffee maker and Keurig for your choice of brew.
Off the back of the property is a fully enclosed patio area with lounge furniture and table seating for 4. Amazing during Florida nights. The fully fenced in backyard provides privacy for your group.
Please feel free to host minimal additional guests for temporary entertainment at the location but no loud noise as all of our neighbors are homeowner occupied and extremely friendly.
There is no smoking on property and no pets. Please message us for any concerns regarding these rules.
