Master Bedroom suite with King bed, second bedroom with Queen bed, Queen self-inflating air mattress, and a roll away twin bed. The condo has everything you need including cable TV, high-speed internet/wi-ifi, three large flat screen TV,s in the living room and both bedrooms, DVD players, stereo, washer/dryer in the condo, all linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. We even have his and hers bicycles, beach chairs, ice chest, BBQ, etc. for your enjoyment on the river, like a local.

The Laughlin Casinos are a short 10-minute drive across the river or park on the Arizona side and take a water taxi to the casinos, enjoy the nightlife, modern updated movie theaters, concerts at the Laughlin Event Center. Laughlin has some of the hottest music acts performing in our backyard!
Don't forget the 4th of July fireworks extravaganza over the river, a party not to be missed!

NOTE: our condo unit is located on the top floor. The Laguna Nueva condominium complex was built in 1984 and has no elevator, all guest must be physically able to climb stairs.
