The space
Arrive to a private gated driveway, 2 car garage, secured gated entry, custom outdoor kitchen with refrigeration, sink, warming drawer, professional wok, pizza oven, built in Viking BBQ, 10-person outdoor dining table and a stunning fireplace.
Modern glass entry door opens to the living room optimized for indoor-outdoor living. Multiple built-in wine fridges with 400 capacity, chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, large island, Delonghi Espresso machine and so many more amenities.
This home was made for entertainment, large deck with multiple outdoor seating areas, Pella doors, custom window shades, main level bedroom, full bath, and dog run.
Upstairs features a master suite with walk-in closet, stone façade fireplace, Hollywood sign views, balcony. Spa bathroom with two separate vanities,
TV, two-person jacuzzi tub and the most relaxing steam shower!
Two more generous sized bedrooms with ensuite baths both with direct access to the multi-level backyard. Lounge in the private outdoor areas, enjoy the swim spa E2000 Endless Pool Fitness System, outdoor tv with sound bar, and views of the Hollywood sign. No smoking (i.e cigarettes, marijuana, etc...) inside house. A $250 charge to remove smoke odor will apply.
Pet Policy:
Guests need to disclose if they are bringing a pet when they book their stay and before they check-in to the property.
Pets (Dogs, cats, etc...) can not go on the beds. If the pet hair is found on the sheets, you will be charged for replacement sheets, as it is virtually impossible to remove all pet hair.
There will be an extra $120 cleaning cost for pets.
Additionally, you will be responsible for any damages caused by pets. Pets must be registered as a guest before check-in. If it is discovered that a guest brought a pet without registering it, there will be a $250 penalty.
Guests agree to cover the replacement cost of any bed sheets, rugs, or towels that have been ruined by blood, wine, make-up or other un-washable fluids.
