A unique location in The Villages with a Golf and water view. This single family home has 3BR, 2 bath and a open layout, two car garage, a 4 seater Golf Cart with a $20/day fee. You can watch people tee off from hole#1 from the lanai. Golf courses, Pickleball, tennis, family swimming pool and recreation center is a 1 to 5 minute walk. Within a 3 miles radius you can access just about any big box store or chain restaurants or walk to the grocery and drug stores, post office and gas and convenience stores. The Spanish Springs town square is 2 miles and Lake Sumter landing square is 3.5 miles away.
The space
Rooms are spacious and well furnished with a King bed in MB. The guest bedrooms 2 and 3 each with a closet are located on the opposite side of the house with a privacy hallway and a bathroom in between the two rooms. A Queen size bed in the guest bedroom 2 and the 3rd BR can be an office room with a roll away twin bed with memory foam or a queen size air mattress available. High speed Wifi and Xfinity TV with cable and sports package is provided. There is laundry room coming in from the two car garage. A heat pump cooling and heating system. Electric stove with microwave and dishwasher. A Weber gas barbecue grill in the patio/Lanai. The LR has one reclining sofa. There are security cameras and lights on the outside of the house. Please note The Villages is a 55 and over gated community and their rules and norms are to be followed.

Other things to note
The Villages is about a hour and 10 minutes from the Orlando airport or Gainsville airport and a little longer from Tampa airport. There are Van services available to The Villages on the hour 365 days a year from the airport. Cost $40 and they drop at the Lady Lake townsquare which is about 1.5 miles away. Some drop at the residence. The host will meet you with a key or you can get the key in a lock box. A well trained and behaved small dog may be permitted.
Guest IDs for amenities in the Villages is free, for access to any facility all over the Villages. Golf cart if requested will require a liability waiver agreement to be signed. There are about 50 executive 9 hole golf courses here that guests can use with a fee of $11 per session in the summer. Rates vary and are set by the Villages.
Dog Park - Paradise dog park with shade trees for small and large dogs is a five minute drive or a 10 mte golf cart ride. A golf driving range is also a 5 mte drive with $5/bucket and also accessible by a short golf cart ride. Please note pets in the photos do not live there.
