You can then relax on the comfortable corner sofa in the bright adjoining living room, where the smart TV with built-in apps lets you easily enjoy your favourite entertainmen. From the kitchen, you step out onto the atmospherically lit covered veranda with a cozy seating area, leading into the south-facing garden, which is enclosed by a hedge. The house has three bedrooms. Two are located on the ground floor: the master bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a smaller bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed. The third bedroom, with two 90 x 200 cm box spring beds, is on the spaciously converted attic, accessible via a steep staircase with a handrail. In the storage room, you will find an extra fridge with a freezer compartment and a washing machine.
