Summary: Receptionists and most personales were warm and friendly. Nice interior design. But I’m not happy about few things. 1. The hair dryer was very slow and gave too hot air, even with cooling button pressed. Within 20 seconds, I could feel the air was too hot and I had a take a break. My 8 year old daughter simply couldn’t take the hot air and wouldn’t let me use the hairdryer on her. As a 4 star hotel, this is unacceptable. 2. The blinder didn’t block the light efficiently, as the curtain the way the blinders are installed still leaves certain amount of light in when the sun was up early in the morning. 3. We were told that we could still use the swimming pool after we have checked out. The the check out time is 12:00. We checked out at 11:00 and the receptionist was nice to give me a keycard to access the pool. But at 11:45, we were told by the personales at the pool that they would close the pool and we had to rush to shower and didn’t even get time to dry hair and were rushed out of the pool at 11:53. 4. I chose this hotel because I knew my daughter would enjoy the big indoor playground in the hotel, but it was rented out to some conference while we were there and we were not informed in anyways until we asked for the playground. My daughter was very disappointed that she couldn’t play there. If I knew the playground was not available, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel.
