ABOUT THE HOME: Tranquil Breeze is a hidden gem! Located right on 30A, this coastal cottage provides everything you need. Right when you walk in, you will notice the open concept living space, vaulted ceilings, and fresh coastal decor. The first floor features a queen bedroom and an additional guest room with 2 twin beds. On the second floor, you will find the master suite with beach views from the ensuite shower! There is also another guest room with a queen bed. Sneak away to the third floor loft to find an additional queen bed and a deck with views of the ocean!
ABOUT THE AREA: Tranquil Shores is a community located in Seacrest with only 6 homes. This community is located in one of the best locations on 30A. You have easy access to all 30A has to offer, but also are able to get the secluded feel in this unique neighborhood. Seacrest is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining in communities nearby like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and The Big Chill.
BEACH ACCESS:
Private beach: Two minute walk and your toes are in the sand! Entrance is at the Tranquility on the Beach Condos across the street. The street number is 8600 and is visible at the gate. The gate is located directly to the left of “8600.” There is a vendor located on the beach for chairs!
Public beach: Seacrest Drive Access. Head out onto 30A and go west. The beach access is about 300m down the road!

• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
