Enjoy being immersed in nature when you stay in this unique place. Surrounded by 7 acres on a dead end gravel road, close to some wonderful olive orchards and vineyards, this recently renovated 1970's dome is exactly what you didn't know you needed to get away. This house has character second to none, and will help you relax and vacation away. Still less then 10 minutes into charming downtown Templeton or Atascadero and 30 minutes to the beach at Morro Bay, the location is ideal for a relaxing vacation.
The space:
Essentially one giant room with a lofted bedroom above the bathroom. There is a large central fireplace and unique character everywhere.

There is one queen bed and an absolutely massive couch. We have two brand new sleeping bags if you have more than 2 guests who are staying. This is a rural property, and you might find insects, spiders, or cobwebs during your stay. If you are exceptionally squeamish, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. There are also two other buildings on the 7 acres, but both are unoccupied, so you will have the entire place to yourself.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in until the moment we left! We stayed inside a majority of one of the days that we were there because we enjoyed hanging inside the dome house so much. It was very peaceful. The light was beautiful from inside. They have a full kitchen with plenty of appliances/pots and pans to cook there instead of going out if need be. They have ‘Alexa’ hooked up, and the acoustics are amazing, which makes for a great vibe in the place. The bed was very comfortable with access to opening a window right next to the bed so the cool air could flow in while sleeping. The wood burning fireplace was lovely in the evening. It was a much needed getaway and a change of scenery. Our 8 year old son enjoyed the rope swing outside too! And the deer, birds and horses in the distance were so nice to see. Thanks for making it so easy and enjoyable!
