Twin Palms is the perfect spot to enjoy the desert's sun-filled days and calming evenings. Gaze upon the two large palm trees above a large heated salt water pool, hot tub. Relax by the fire pit or cook in the outdoor kitchen.
The inside includes a large kitchen with mega-island, huge living room with chaise sofa, and 3 bedrooms with a total for 5 beds.
The interior has an open-plan layout that creates a sociable setting. Settle in and enjoy Twin Palms.
This home is so comfortable and clean. It's perfect for families, friends, or anything just trying to get away and spend some time in the desert.
The backyard comes with a heated pool, and hot tub for the colder nights. There is also outdoor furniture, outdoor tv, outdoor kitchen, and tons of seating areas both in the shade and sun.
Inside we have a large, newly renovated kitchen and dining area right next to a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings.
There are 3 bedrooms, including 1 master bedroom with attached bath.
Guests will use the keypad to enter.

A quiet, clean family neighborhood located just 10 minutes from the Coachella and Stage Coach Music Festivals, 25 minutes from Palms Springs, and 15 min to any amazing golf course in the area.
This area requires a vehicle of some sorts so my suggestion is to drive yourself, carpool, or utilize uber / lyft to get around. If you or a friend owns a small plane, there is a private airport 5 minutes from the home.
- please note during the summer the pools in the desert can get quite warm, sometimes up to 90 degrees, we cannot control this due to the intense heat during the summer.
- the city requires every guest sign a separate rental agreement. one will be sent to you after you book.
- we do charge for pool / hot tub heating. it ranges from $25 - $100 per night depending on the season. Please note the pool takes 24 hours to heat up so it may not be perfect the moment you arrive.
- we do allow pets but charge a fee. It's $175 per pet per stay, there is a max of 2 pets unless otherwise discussed.
POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee (schedule below). If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

- April - June: $65/day
- July - August: $0/day
- September - December: $65/day
All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
