When I first found this condo it was in a shameful state of disrepair. But i had a vision and immediately went to work to create a space where that wonderful sunset view could be enjoyed. All flooring was replaced with new wide plank laminate and 6” baseboard. Mediterranean style tile compliments the bathroom and laundry flooring. Along with the newly installed double sink vanity that is set against the subway tiled wall. Luxury hotel is the ambience throughout this condo. The counters in the kitchen are new solid surface materials and the cabinets have been freshly painted. The entire condo is freshly painted in a soft creamy white that sets the ambience as tranquility and calm. It’s lightly furnished to provide you with plenty of space to move around. The entire suite is pristinely clean. It is an upper unit so no noise above you. Newly furnished with comfy over sized sofa, comfy swivel bucket chairs in both the living room and dining area. Dining table is a good height for doubling as a work station. Three swivel chairs are super comfy. Lots of details added for the ease of your stay. Bose blue tooth speaker, spectrum cable and high speed wifi, smart tv with times of pre loaded apps.
Your own private stacking washer and dryer is handy for laundry, located off the balcony closet.
You have two reserved parking spots, one covered and one open to use if needed.
The location is close proximity to Starbucks, Ralphs, Albertsons, and Home goods. This complex is centrally located, gated and quiet. A short drive to the hopping paseo drive and palm springs. Easy access to hwy 111. Luxury hotel collection linens, down duvet and brand new pillows on a queen size bed makes this a place to restore yourself. Attention to all the details here.
Community has three pools, two tennis courts, two pickle ball courts, and a hot tub located at each pool.

Well stocked kitchen with spices, olive oil, herbal teas. All new dishes and pots and pans. Coffee maker, kettle for boiling water. Wine glasses and plastic pool glasses.
