Located a few doors down from city steps which allow for an easy walk to East Carson street!!

The space
Awesome space for gathering of friends, family get together or business travel. Completely private home; Back patio and staircase to off street parking.
Access the property from Main level which features spacious family room with mounted smart tv, couch (full size sofa bed ideal for one adult or two children) ceiling fan, current decor & tons of games! Dining Room can comfortably seat eight and offers wine rack to store your beverages, purses, keys, etc; Fully equipped Kitchen with pub style table, Keurig coffee, tea, water & snacks for your convenience; Microwave, toaster oven, Kitchenaid mixer & everything else you could possibly need.
Second level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom one offers Queen size bed and two closets and is adjacent to a full bathroom. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Bedroom two offers two twin beds, closet & built in desk. The top floor is entirely dedicated to the Master bedroom suite. King bed, dresser, smart TV, full bathroom and large walk in closet make this better than any hotel room! (Iron/ironing board, Pack-n-play and plenty of additional blankets are stored here too)
Guest access
Guests have access to all four levels of the home. In addition to the main and bedroom levels, there is a full size Washer/Dryer in the basement. Back patio (although currently not furnished) is available for use; Cornhole boards are stored in the basement.
Interaction with guests
Prior to, and during your stay, guests can contact either myself (Megan) or local manager (Bryn) directly. Bryn is local, and will do her best to be available for assistance in the event of an emergency. We will answer any questions you have, and accommodate your needs the very best we can!

Check in: Guests will be provided with personal access code. Check in times can be flexible with sufficient notice.
