If you're looking for a home on a quiet street near the famous Sugarhouse Park, this is where to start. It's beautifully-restored and tastefully decorated, so you'll feel right at home while enjoying the peaceful, shaded back yard and the superb location. Everything in his home is comfortable and clean, and the open-aired architecture is perfect for families or groups of coworkers to hang out together.
The back yard has a beautiful, very private covered deck when you first walk outside. This area has a hot tub, grill, and a seating area. The rest of the yard is a very well-manicured and spacious back yard that is fenced in with shady trees and lots of privacy.
This home is located on a very quiet street less than a block away from the largest park in Salt Lake City. It's also just blocks away from the Sugarhouse Shopping District, a chic outdoor shopping area filled with eclectic and unique stores, restaurants, boutiques, and studios. Many of the best restaurants in the city are located in this district.
This house has very easy access to the ski resorts sine it's located only about a quarter mile from I-215, which is the highway that takes you to all of the Salt Lake resorts and the Park City resorts. NO CATS ALLOWED. Dogs require a $99 pet fee each. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.
