Please note, this is a 4th floor condo and is being rented for the first time ever this season. Up until now, it was our private condo and never offered to the public. We recently moved so this amazing condo is now available. We purchased it preconstruction so it has a custom kitchen with island and granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, stainless steel Viking and Bosch appliances, marble floors, and many more unique features unseen in any other condo in the complex.

This condo is in a tower of only 6 condos with each condo occupying an entire floor so no neighbors sharing your walls. Our 55 ft wide balconies are the most expansive in the area.

Again, because it is a common concern and we are frequently asked....This condo is NOT a ground floor or 'garden view' condo so you will have spectacular views and won't ever have to worry about ongoing pool, BBQ area and general common area foot traffic depriving you of your privacy. Being located on the 4th floor of 6 levels you will be able to keep your curtains and doors opened to the surf 24/7 without ever being exposed to the people in aforementioned pool and common areas.
