Wonderful 200 m2 house, on a 700 m2 plot with gardens, barbecue and Jacuzzi, located in a privileged environment near the coast of Tacoronte.
The property consists of a main house with an impressive porch with outdoor dining area and a sitting area with armchairs and sofa. From the porch you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the gardens of the property.
The main house has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 bunk bed with double bed below and single bed above) and an office next to the living room with a single bed (all overlooking the garden).
The living room is a large and bright space with dining area, chaise longue sofa and a spectacular fireplace. It is also a perfect place for teleworking, thanks to its high speed Wifi and the tranquility that this beautiful place offers.
There is also a guest house on the other side of the garden with a small bedroom, toilet and a patio with barbecue.
The barbecue is a spectacular place, with a very rustic atmosphere. Perfect to gather around a good grill and enjoy a nice time around the central table.
The jacuzzi is in the middle of the gardens. An ideal place to take a bath and relax, day or night, under the sun or the stars.
For the comfort of our guests, the house has a garage for 1 car. However, there is plenty of parking space just outside the house.

Our house is located in a small and quiet urbanization, very close to such charming places on the coast as Mesa del Mar, El Pris, El Caletón or the village of Tacoronte.
By car it is easy to get to all these places and in all of them there is something to see. Tacoronte is the nearest town, with supermarkets, stores, banks, bars and restaurants. The farmer's market is just a few minutes away. And there are bathing options such as beaches, natural pools, saltwater pools, etc in places equally close as Puerto de la Cruz, Bajamar, Punta del Hidalgo and the aforementioned Mesa del Mar and El Pris.
