Our beautiful villa with pool and 180 degree sea views on Grimaud, Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez gives the perfect holiday feeling. The villa is located in Domaine Sinopolis at the entrance of Saint Tropez. In a few driving minutes you can reach Saint Tropez and feel the Cote Azur feeling.
The villa is laid on two floors.
The upper floor offers a spacious living room with fireplace, TV set, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, right at the entrance. on the upper floor there is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower)
On the lower floor, there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower), 2 bedrooms sharing one bathroom (with shower) and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath). the bedrooms have all sea view and access to the pool and terrace. At this level, there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside the villa, there is a pool house with one Sauna.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, SONOS audio system and alarm system 24/24 . At night, the house is supervised by a security company. All rooms are provided with safe boxes. There is a carport for 2 cars in the property. Daily cleaning up to 3 hours provided except on Sunday/bank holiday and concierge service upon request at disposal during the stay.
Arrival is from 16 to 20 o'clock. Departure until 10 o'clock.
