The Villa boasts a splendid sea view and an unparalleled panorama. Access to the property is direct from the parking area via a staircase of 87 steps that leads to the entrance of the Villa. A freight elevator facilitates the transport of luggage to the villa. The external environment, set among lemon groves and trees, extends over multi-level terraces set up with a relaxation area which includes a hydromassage swimming pool (4 seats), a panoramic swimming pool (7X4 m, height 1.5 m), a solarium , a viewpoint and an outdoor dining area protected by a pergola to shelter from the sun's rays and rain, all immersed in a lush green garden with flowers and lemons and adorned with a Vietri ceramic table.
The interiors of the house, carved into the rock, include:
- An elegant living room with lounge, equipped with air conditioning and pellet stove connected to the radiators for the colder periods;
- A fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee machine, Induction hob, Washing machine);
- Four double bedrooms, two with sea view and two internal; all equipped with air conditioning and heating.
- A bathroom with SPA/Chromotherapy shower serving the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living room.
- Two bathrooms with shower, located inside the bedrooms on the mezzanine floor.
