Villa Verbena consists of 4-bedrooms including a private outdoor attached casita with it's own keyed access, 3-bathrooms, a private 30ft in length salt water pool with spa jacuzzi (optional guest paid heating available), a Trager pellet BBQ grill, pool floaties with towels, and more fabulous fun amenities! Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Property is in the Colony Cove private, secure, and safe gated community with immaculate landscaping and an abundance of magnificent mountain and sunrise/sunset views. Backyard with perimeter yard lighting and pool lights for night swims or relaxing.
Spacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the kitchen. The large, open kitchen features granite countertops, an island with three stools, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, fridge, drip coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, blender, juicer, toaster, kitchen aid mixer, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than ten people….everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. Dining table seats eight, breakfast/card table for four indoors, outdoor dining table for four which looks over the pool area. Super high speed 400mbps internet for all your work and streaming needs.
Ideal bedding for up to eight adults. Spacious one floor with a Master Bedroom featuring a king bed with en-suite bathroom consisting of a spa tub, separate shower, and double vanity sink. Also includes a private sliding glass door leading out to the pool area. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and Bedroom #3 has a queen. Adjacent bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and double-vanity sink. The Casita Bedroom #4 features a queen bed and an en-suite private bathroom with shower. Casita also includes a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Smart TV in living room with Spectrum premium cable channels and apps (Netflix, Youtube, Prime, etc.). Living room also features a gas operated fireplace. Master bedroom features a Smart TV. There is a washer & dryer for guest use and the highest speed available wi-fi throughout the home.
Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times). Three car garage use with remotes are available for guests.

Additional Rules and Info:
- Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the property except for loading and unloading and must be removed within 24 hours per HOA rules. Boats and/or boat trailers are not allowed on the property.
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.
- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heating purchases.
- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
