Relax in the casual living area in front of the wood-burning stone fireplace. The oversized leather sofa is the perfect place to curl up with your favorite novel - or put your feet up on the ottoman of the comforting Womb chair.
Kitchen/Dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and stainless-steel refrigerator as well as a microwave, blender, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers along with numerous other kitchen appliances making mealtime a breeze. Inside, the maple dining table seats 6 in comfortable Saarinen chairs. Plenty of plates, glasses and serving platters make entertaining indoors or outdoors possible.
Off the kitchen, outside on the lighted deck, the teak dining table easily seats 6 people with views of the vineyard, pool, and hills.
Beds/ Baths:
Up a half flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and shower tub combination bathroom. Sliding doors lead onto a deck overlooking the oaks and eastern hills. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large deck with chaise lounges for enjoying the late afternoon sun. The bathroom features an oversized vanity, walk in shower and large walk-in closet. This bedroom overlooks the vineyard and western hills.
Downstairs Family Room:
Down half a flight of stairs is the family room with TV, DVD and built-in bookshelves with numerous movies, novels, and picture books. Sliding glass doors from this room lead to the back yard.
Laundry Room / Half Bath:
Located on the same level as the family room and game room is a full-sized laundry room with a washer, dryer, utility sink and half bath.
Game Room:
Opposite the laundry room is a large game room equipped with a ping pong table and every indoor and outdoor game imaginable. Think Badminton, Spikeball, Cornhole, Croquet and Ring toss for outside fun and Chess, Legos, Scrabble, Life, Origami, Yahtzee and Clue for indoor entertainment.
