From the moment you enter the grounds, you will enjoy the ultimate wine country experience. Spread over 4.5 acres, this family compound offers the rustic non-pretentious luxury of wine country - A large outdoor pool (heated mid-April to mid-October), hot tub, an outdoor shower, a 1/4 acre working vineyard, (planted with Cabernet and Silvaner), and multiple outdoor areas for meals, wine tasting, and evenings around the fire. The updated farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open kitchen and dining/living room area. The third bedroom upstairs is set up as a "kids" loft with Scandinavian style floor mattresses both double beds. It's very cozy!
Use of the pool and hot tub are from 7am - 9:30pm due to Sonoma County vacation Rental Noise Restrictions.
The pool is solar heated and is generally usable from April - October.
