Our home is an awesome place to hang out with friends and super fun…but not a party house. We maintain a 6 guest limit. Enjoy the outdoor spaces…rooftop deck with huge super comfortable couch and swivel recliners. It’s half covered so you can enjoy sun or shade. The lower patio has a big hot tub, outdoor seating, and a pellet grill/smoker for the ultimate BBQ experience. Interior has a modern cool vibe with Sonos wireless speaker, 75 inch LED TV, high speed wireless internet, a few pinball machines, and super comfortable beds. We LOVE hanging out there and enjoying being just steps away from the downtown and university action. We think you will too.
