The quiet " Away from it all" feeling your get, yet walking distance to light house beach and Chatham is what we love about our home. Not to mention being able to spend days exploring the Beach across the street and watching the boats come and go from the harbor just a short walk down the road.
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Walk through the front door and step into the living room, here you will find plenty of seating and a flat screen Smart TV with cable. The open living area extends to the dining area and the kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is even a washer/dryer tucked away for your convenience. The sliders offer access to a patio with picnic table and gas grill. Grab your favorite libation and tell the kids to find sticks to roast their marshmallows around the a fire pit.
On this floor is Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed and Full Bathroom #1 with Shower.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a King bed and flat screen smart tv and Bedroom #3 has 4 Twin beds. Another full bathroom is located on this floor as well. There are Slimline AC units in all of the rooms to keep you cool and comfortable.
Recently upgraded WIFI speed for those guests needing work or learn remotely while on the Cape - download speed of 600 Mbps and upload speed of 15 Mbps. Supports up to 12 devices!
A short walk will take you to the beach across the street for clamming and Outermost Harbor. Just a half mile up the road visit Chatham Lighthouse (a real working Lighthouse) and Chatham Lighthouse Beach, an awesome place to take long walks along the sandy shores. Only 1.3 miles walk to the quaint village of Chatham.
