Walk out the door and start your hike, fish in the nearby Blue River, walk to town in 5-10 minutes or take the nearby free shuttle to the slopes or town. Seasonally there is great fishing and hiking close by as well as fabulous skiing or snow boarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Property is conveniently located on the first floor of Ski & Racquet Club condos. The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 7-8. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away. The shuttle will take you to town or the slopes! And... if you don't want to take the free shuttle , it's only about a 5-10 minute walk to town.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed , TV and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a full bed and bunk bed. Across the hall is a modern second bath with tub.
Need more room... use the pull out sofa in the living room or blow up mattress. Condo is complete with a full dining area, breakfast bar, and modern fully equipped kitchen for all that love to cook!
You will love the open space living area for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy streaming on the flat screen TV in main living area , the warm gas fireplace and great deck for apres fun with a grill and a mountain view!
