This Brand new 2 bedroom guest house with 2 full baths sits directly on 150 feet of canal frontage in the gated community of leeward. It is fully equipped with top of the line appliances including a sub zero fridge and wine cooler, a wolf induction oven and all the neccesary accesories to bring out the gourmet chef in you. There are four kayaks and four stand up boards to explore the surrounding canals and mangroves. You can float around the canal on our floating raft or with the supplied water toys or head out for a round of golf, Provo Golf & country club is only 2 miles away. Salt Mills plaza and the Graceway Gourmet IGA grocery store are only three miles away. Most of the local tour operators will pick you up right from our dock to take you on the many sight seeing and snorkeling tours availabe. The house is equipped with two brand new king size beds and has a queen size pull out to accomadate a couple of kids if needed.
