Amazing views at our waterfront condo, located in a gated community. Boat and trailer parking available. Public boat launch right next door. Boat slip available. But you can load and unload at the end of the dock. Must follow HOA RULES. Bring your canoe, kayak and fishing poles. You must be able to climb stairs to the front door and up to your bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The stairs are not steep. The view is utterly amazing. We've been told this is the best view in Crystal River. This is our home and it has many more extras than most rental experiences.
DOG | You are required to pay a pet deposit (that may be refundable). Please send us your current vaccinations, flea/tick, trim your dogs nails so they don't ruin our furniture, keep them on a leash outside and clean up.
CHILDREN UNDER 18: We love and accept children. That being said this is NOT a child proof home. There are stairs, a balcony, water and little things they can get into. Read the rental agreement you will be asked to sign. NO CHILD IS TO BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED, inside our outside the condo.
Great fishing year round, kayaking, boating, springs (are amazing), snorkeling, tours, parks, learn about the manatees, scalloping and golf. Bicycle paths, tennis court, heated community swimming pool, clubhouse with pool and ping pong table. Come enjoy the river. Golf courses within minutes. There's stuff to do for everyone. We fell in love with this place and wanted to be able to offer something a little different for those who like to stay away from all the noise. THIS IS A HOA gated community. Please no parties, and abide by the community rules, board members can request you to leave if rules are broken. If you want to party it's best to stay at a local hotel in town. This is our home and we truly care about it. Everyone is extremely friendly and time stands still here.
This is "Old Florida" lifestyle and it's a laid back unique experience. You get to enjoy the beauty of nature and the serene quiet & peace of the River. Visit the quaint but enchanting towns like Crystal River and Homosassa Springs within 5-15 driving distance.
For the golf lovers there are several golf courses in the area, such as Plantation Golf and Crystal River Golf course. You can enjoy a late afternoon on the river at Kane's Cattle, Boil Yard, Crackers, Charlie's Fishhouse, the Plantation Inn, and other great hang-out places in Homosassa with live music in the weekends. Or to the Fort Island Beach, where they perform "Drum Circle sessions in the evenings on every second Sunday evening of the month, starting two hourse before sunset. Drive to the Freezer in Homosassa, eat & peel shrimp, a very well-known establishment for fresh gulf shrimp, steaks and fish tours, kayak, pontoon ride, swim with the manatees, it is all happening here in Citrus County!
You will be responsible for any damage, stolen, lost or broken items to the rental property that includes the dock, others' condos, clubhouse and pool caused by you or your party during your stay and will be asked to sign a rental agreement, boat trailer form if you are bringing your boat and trailer. Your boat must be able to park in the slip we provide or taken out at night.
