You will definitely be feeling all the "lake vibes" in this beautifully decorated, fully furnished condo. This condo is perfect for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends! This condo includes a King size bed, a Queen size bed, and two sleeper sofas in the living room. You will find everything you need to feel right at home, including a full-sized washer and dryer, fresh linens, toiletries, and fully stocked kitchen! The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex features 2 saltwater pools, one of which is 50 yards from the front door of this condo! There is also a tennis court, basketball court, and a clubhouse w/fitness area.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen has a full-size electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, as well as all the dishes, cooking utensils, and appliances you could need! There is a coffee maker, toaster, and pots and pans for you to enjoy coffee and breakfast looking over the lake. There is a breakfast bar with plenty of seating, plus a kitchen table that seats 4, plus a patio set on the balcony.
Living Room
Set back and relax in this spacious living room and gaze out the double French doors to a beautiful view of the lake. We also provide a large flat screen smart TV and DVD player, and board games for your enjoyment. There are two sofa sleepers that each sleep 2 people, so your guests or kids have plenty of sleeping space. (Fireplace not usable. Complex rules)
Master Suite
The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and double doors that open up to the waterfront deck. The master bathroom has a full walk-in closet, tub/shower unit, and a double vanity sink. Towels and clean bedding are provided!

This bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and large closet for your personal items!
Full bath 2
This bathroom has a large single vanity and tub/shower unit as well.
Waterfront Deck
This will be your favorite place to spend your time. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage enjoying the gorgeous views of the main channel. There is a full patio set, dining table and extra seating so that everyone can enjoy together. The view is amazing at any time of day. The deck runs the entire length of the condo and has double door entries to the living room, as well as into the master suite! There are no gas grills allowed at the Emerald Bay complex, but this unit does have an electric grill available!

The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex is located just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach.
