Cabin built in 2022. You are CENTRALLY located & a short drive to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & Townsend! Featuring a game room, fire pit, this spacious Wears Haven Cabin is perfect for multiple families. This 4 bdrm, 4 full bath getaway offers Checkout 11am, free WiFi, Smart TVs, & a full kitchen for cooking with love. After a day of exploring scenic hiking trails & popular family friendly attractions, you can relax & unwind on the patio & in hot tub!

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and submit government-issued ID. The name of guest making reservation must match name on credit card, rental agreement and ID.

Travel insurance is highly recommended. We will not be making refund exceptions outside of our cancellation policy.

All guests must review and accept to house rules to complete booking:

-Guests must be 25+ to reserve Wears Haven and booking guest must be present at check-in. Guest must submit government-issued ID and complete rental agreement within 48 hours of booking confirmation to complete booking and receive door access code. The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.

- Who can stay - 10 guests maximum. Bring more will be asked to leave the premise without a refund.

- Check-in anytime after 4pm We cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaners ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

- Checkout: 11:00 AM A $50 fee for every 30 minutes increments starting at 10AM will be charged to guests staying past check-out time. Because we are not a property management company, we do not own the cleaning team. Therefore, we have to abide by the cleaning company’s strict cleaning schedule and policy. As the result, we regrettably cannot accommodate ANY late check-out.

-Use of all cabin amenities, including but not limited to hot tub, bunk bed, baby equipment, etc are solely at guest’s own risk.

-Stairs/Steps. Be careful of stairs and steps on the property, WATCH YOUR STEP. You are responsible for own safety.

-ROADS: In the winter, 4WD or AWD is recommended. GRAVEL driveway up the hill to Cabin. The main road is paved throughout the community.

-Construction during business hours and you may hear noise from nearby projects & road. No construction near our cabin.

-Dogs welcome: Must state the number of pets in reservation if bringing pets. Message host the breed and pounds. $100 one time pet fee for up to 2 dogs. No pets will be considered unless housebroken.

-NO RV or Trailer parking.

-NO SMOKING of any kind. If the cabin smells of smoke, or there is any evidence of smoking inside the cabin, an additional cleaning fee of $300 per rental night will be processed to your credit card.

-Quiet hours are observed between 10PM & 8AM

-NO PARTIES or EVENTS. Number of guests on reservation strictly enforced. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund if the number of guests at cabin exceeds the number on reservation.

-There are 3 exterior security cameras on the exterior of the property. Parking area, front porch entry and back porch entry. Tampering with any camera will result in cancellation of reservation without refund.

-Hot Tub: Please follow posted Hot Tub Safety Rules and use at your own risk. The host is not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hot tub. Swim attire only. Our cleaners drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the tub prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT STAND SIT OR PLAY ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes only and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you will be charged $800 to replace. When not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm and latches secured. You will be held responsible for any and all additional cleanings and refunds to future guests due to your negligence.

-Furnishings: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the property including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted.

-Owner’s locked closet on the 2nd level. Pls DO NOT tamper or try to open. If damage is found to this door or if items are missing you will be charge a fee of up to $5000 and authorities will be contacted.

-Please keep in mind that our cabin is in the woods; therefore, there is a chance guests will encounter some type of insects. Although the cabin is on a strict pest control schedule, please help keep pests out by keeping the front and back doors closed.

-Bears and other wild animals may be found this area. Please keep all doors to vehicles, cabin and bear-proof trash bin locked at all times, and please DO NOT feed or leave food out for animals.

-Trash must be stowed in the proper bear-proof trash bin located by the front porch. Our cleaners will empty the trash at the end of your stay. Pls LOCK the Cage, bears are smart and can easily open if not locked.

-Personal Belongings: Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Items left behind after check out are not the responsibility of the homeowner.

- All TVs are Roku HDTVs and require guests log-on for streaming services.

-Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, bar of hand soaps, package of shampoo/conditioner, toilet papers, bathroom trash liners and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items.

-Standard, One hand towel per bathroom and 13 bath towels per household. Complimentary three face towels and one make up towel per bathroom. You are more than welcome to launder during your stay.

-Bring your own charcoal if you wish to use the outdoor grill.
