PETS - Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee. We welcome your furry friends to our home! There is a $95 pet fee for the whole trip, up to two dogs, and $50 per additional dog. No fence on the property, so please make sure not to leave them unattended when you leave them at the house alone - cages are preferred. Please be advised lots of wildlife in the area, coyotes, bobcats have been sighted so do not permit pets to be off leash or out of sight.
IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB & COWBOY POOL
- To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.
● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.
● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.
● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.
● Children must be supervised at all times.
● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub
● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.
Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor condition due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.
