Stunning designer Portland home with a sprawling private backyard, loads of natural light & central AC/heat. Everything in this home is custom-designed — from the reclaimed ceiling beams, wisteria-covered pergola, indoor cement fireplace, music room, chef's quartz-styled kitchen and bonus private office suite. The home is on a quiet street in the what guests have called an "unbeatable location": the heart of Alberta Arts known for its trendy restaurants, cafes, vintage shops, arts and shopping.

Our favorite house features include our covered front porch, concrete indoor fireplace, uniquely designed waterfall concrete dining table, new Article furniture, claw foot tub, gorgeous quartz kitchen, office suite facing backyard, designated workout space, antique piano, 2 zen fountains, raised garden beds, and string lights.

Your own private office faces the backyard with views of our outdoor vegetable garden and an outdoor hen house (not in use.)

Minimalist-style bedrooms upstairs featuring a king size bed (in master) and queen size (in guest) are paired with ample drawer space.

You have complete privacy and will be the only people on the property. There are a few locked areas on the property (not advertised in photos) that will be inaccessible to the guests.
Accessibility: Please note the bathroom is on the first floor/ the stairs to the second floor are steep and therefore we recommend our home for guests without kids or elderly guests. We recommend guests pay special attention when navigating them.

Rainy season (mid-October-Memorial Day): Please note that our outdoor couch furniture, decor and backyard fountains are retired during the winter months and that is reflected in our discounted prices for the rainy season.

Summer months:
- Though our home is equipped with central A/C, during the summer months we will provide additional A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms, which can get considerably hotter than downstairs during the daytime.
- Our outdoor fountains require consistent upkeep during the hottest months. A host will inform you beforehand if they need to access the backyard to fill the fountains.
